McKinley Homes Purchases Land for Array- The Company’s First Townhome Community in Midtown, Atlanta
Alpharetta, GA – October 21, 2025 - McKinley Homes, one of the fastest-growing home builders in the Southeast, recently purchased a 12.3 acre site of 260 developed lots for $31M+ in Midtown Atlanta for Array, its first urban townhome community in Atlanta. Conor Welton, Jamie Smithson, and Scott Culson with On Pace Partners managed the transaction for the seller, Paul Corley, Regional President with Empire Communities and Henry W. Massie, VP of Land Acquisition with McKinley Homes, handled the transaction for the buyer. Construction on the community of 179 Build-to-Rent units and 81 for-sale townhomes will begin in late October, and the first building with furnished models is expected to be completed by early Spring 2026.
