At McKinley Homes, we are committed to delivering quality that lasts beyond closing. Every McKinley home is backed by a comprehensive warranty program designed to protect your investment.
Our coverage includes a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship throughout the home, a two-year in-wall mechanical warranty covering select plumbing, HVAC, and electrical components that are not visibly accessible, and a ten-year transferable structural warranty.
Our ten-year structural warranty meets the standards and is insured by the nationally recognized 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. For detailed coverage information on monthly, biannual and annual maintenance please refer to the 2-10 maintenance manual.
In addition, many brand-name products used in McKinley homes—such as Delta, Whirlpool, Samsung, and others—carry manufacturer warranties that may extend beyond McKinley Homes’ warranty coverage.
