In Fairburn, Georgia, McKinley is set to launch The Brooke at Rivertown, a vibrant new community of 170 single-family homes in Fairburn. In Adairsville, Georgia, the upcoming Oak Hill Estates will bring 246 single-family homes to a serene, small-town setting. The community will include a clubhouse and swimming pool for residents to enjoy, offering comfortable and stylish new homes perfect for families seeking value and space in a growing market. Home pricing is expected from the mid $300s.
